Un workplace a misura della comunità di esploratori

Nel progettare gli ambienti lavorativi della nuova sede milanese di Mazars, Il Prisma ha guidato la committenza in tutte le fasi di lavoro, partendo dalla scelta di un building “diverso”, fuori dai classici schemi del settore, per arrivare alla coprogettazione con i brand ambassador aziendali e alla concezione di un environmental branding “attivo”, usato come leva strategica per stimolare scambio, curiosità, apprendimento – valori che fanno parte del Dna della società. Il risultato è un workplace in grado di sostenere la crescita aziendale, attrarre talenti e trasferire lo spirito di Mazars ai suoi dipendenti generando orgoglio e senso di appartenenza.

Molto più di un edificio, la nuova “casa” della società è un racconto della sua diversità identitaria, in cui convive una molteplicità di culture, nazioni, generazioni, punti di vista e modi di lavorare. In un building proprietario di 7 piani, un workplace di nuova generazione capace di supportare la crescita aziendale e trasferire l’immagine e i valori del brand.

Chiamato Community of Explorers, il concept del progetto fonda le sue basi nella diversity che anima e alimenta Mazars Italia e nella sua storia di “navigazione” della sua industry, esprimendola come una serie di “conversazioni esplorative” generate ad ogni piano da business lines e team diversi. Un environmental branding esperienziale incentiva la partecipazione proattiva dei dipendenti, diventando il catalizzatore di spazi e intenzioni aziendali, e valorizzando la diversità identitaria della società.

Il progetto si sviluppa lungo quattro assi principali:

La scelta dell’immobile - veicola il messaggio di rinascita e della nuova marcia che Mazars Italia sta per dare al suo settore. Al posto della classica sede in un edificio storico in centro città, si sceglie infatti un building mono-tenant posizionato nella zona in rapida crescita economico-culturale fra Sarpi, Monumentale, Porta Volta.

La coprogettazione con gli ambassador aziendali – coinvolgendoli dalle scelte progettuali fino alla definizione dei nomi delle sale riunioni – diventa un potente strumento di employee engagement e contribuisce a valorizzare la diversità, l’apertura mentale, la curiosità e lo scambio di prospettive e punti di vista.

La progettazione ponderata degli spazi - quelli di lavoro in open space sono comuni e condivisi, disposti su più piani, mentre al piano interrato (Library, Learning Room, Relax Area), al piano terra (Workcafè) e al 7° (Terrazza) si collocano quelli di incontro e scambio.

Un workplace branding attivo e partecipato che, attraverso gli spazi meeting ed elementi quali scale e mappe, promuove la salute fisica, mentale e culturale dei dipendenti, stimolando dinamismo, coworking e approccio proattivo.

A workplace tailored for the community of explorers

In designing the work environments for the new Milan HQ of Mazars, Il Prisma guided the client in all phases of the work: form the choice of a building that is “different” and unconventional for the sector, to the co-design with the company’s brand ambassadors as well as the concept of an “active” environmental branding, used as a strategic lever to boost exchange, curiosity, learning – values that are part of the corporate Dna. The end result is a workplace geared towards sustaining the company’s growth, attracting talents and conveying the spirit of Mazars to its employees, while generating pride and a sense of belonging.

Much more than a building, the new “home” of the company is a story of its identity rooted in diversity, where a multiplicity of cultures, nationalities, generations, points of view and ways to work coexists. Inside a 7-storey proprietary building, a new-generation workplace is designed to support business growth and transfer the brand’s image and values.

Called Community of Explorers, the design concept is based on the diversity that drives and nourishes Mazars Italia as well as on its history of "navigation" of the industry, expressing it as a series of "exploratory conversations" generated on each floor by different business lines and teams. An experiential environmental branding encourages proactive participation of employees, catalyzing both the corporate spaces and intentions, and enhancing the diversity rooted in the company’s identity.

The project unfolds along four main axes:

The choice of premises conveys the message of rebirth as Mazars Italia is ready to kick its sector into a new gear. So instead of the classic headquarters in a historic building in the city center, they opt for a mono-tenant building, positioned in the area of rapid economic and cultural growth between Sarpi, Monumental, Porta Volta.

Co-planning together with company’s ambassadors – involving them right from the start, from design decisions to the definition of meeting rooms names – becomes a powerful employee engagement tool and helps enhance diversity, open-mindedness, curiosity and exchange of perspectives and points of view.

Well-weighed design of the spaces: the open-space work areas are common and shared, arranged on several floors, whereas the areas for encounter and exchange are located in the basement (Library, Learning Room, Relax Area), on the ground floor (Workcafè) and on the 7th floor (Terrace).

Active and participatory workplace branding promotes, through meeting spaces and elements such as stairs and maps, the physical, mental and cultural health of employees while stimulating dynamism, coworking and proactive approach.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
