Raccontare l’anima di Sky attraverso lo spazio fisico: Sky is not the limit

Nel progetto disegnato dal team della divisione ‘Destination’, tutta l’esperienza del brand e dei suoi prodotti è racchiusa in un unico luogo: un ecosistema immersivo, cangiante e senza limiti – proprio come il cielo, indipendentemente dai metri quadrati che occupa.

Il concept progettuale si ispira alla metafora di uno spazio senza limiti, sia in termini dell’esperienza che si offre all’utente, sia dal punto di vista architettonico. Da qui l’idea di raccontare il cielo di Sky attraverso un elemento di design: il soffitto. Che, trasformato in un sistema di lamelle ondulate per richiamare la forma delle nuvole, scompare all’occhio del visitatore, annullando i bordi della “scatola architettonica” e lasciando posto a un cielo senza limiti che cambia colore e sfumature a seconda del tempo che passa.

Il risultato è uno spazio che, grazie alla luce, si trasforma da una scatola bianca e neutra in un luogo cangiante, dinamico (responsive) e attrattivo fin da fuori dal negozio. Eventi in-store, avvenimenti stagionali, lanci di nuovi prodotti e servizi: gli scenari di luce sono sempre diversi, orchestrati dalle necessità di brand domination.

Il percorso esperienziale inizia fin dall’esterno per poi accompagnare il visitatore alla scoperta del mondo Sky attraverso l’esplorazione dei suoi prodotti e contenuti, ma anche mediante il feedback che si raccoglie e si racconta.

L’area dedicata alla Home Experience è caratterizzata da un divano con schienale alto che crea un senso di avvolgimento ma anche isolamento acustico in modo da permettere di apprezzare al meglio la qualità dei prodotti e contenuti Sky. Una cascata di tubi di luce che scendono verticalmente dal soffitto richiama invece l’esperienza della fibra di Sky Wifi.

Concepito per avvicinare le persone ai propri sogni e a ciò che amano, il nuovo negozio Sky è uno spettacolo da vivere in due tempi: quello efficiente dell’assistenza e quello lento, immersivo e coinvolgente dell’esperienza del brand.

Telling the essence of Sky through the physical space: Sky is not the limit

In the project designed by the team of Il Prisma business unit ‘Destination’, the entire experience of the brand and its products is held in a single place: an immersive iridescent ecosystem that is without limits – just like the sky, independently from the square meters it occupies.

The design concept draws inspiration from the metaphor of a space without limits, both in terms of experience offered to the user and the architectural point of view. Hence the idea of narrating the sky of the brand through a design element: the ceiling. Which, transformed into a system of wavy slats in order to evoke the shape of clouds, disappears from the eyesight of the visitor and thus eliminates the edges of the “architectural box”, allowing room for a sky without limits that changes color and shades depending on the passing time.

The result is a space, which, thanks to the light, turns from a white and neutral box into an iridescent, dynamic (responsive) place – attractive straight from the outside of the store. In-store events, seasonal occasions, new product and service launches: the ever-changing scenarios of lights are orchestrated by the needs of brand domination.

The experiential journey starts already from the outside, to then accompany the visitor to the discovery of the Sky world through the exploration of its products and contents, but also through the shared and collected feedback.

The area dedicated to the Home Experience features a high-back sofa, which creates a feeling of being wrapped up but also an acoustic isolation allowing to better enjoy the quality of Sky products and contents. Whereas a cascade of light tubes vertically falling from the ceiling evokes the experience of the optical fiber of Sky Wifi.

Conceived in a way to bring people closer to their dreams and to what they love, the new Sky store is a show to be lived in two moments: in the efficient rhythm of customer care and in the slow, immersive and involving flow of the brand experience.

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
