Il futuro della Worksphere
All’ottava settimana di quarantena e a pochi giorni dall’inizio della fase 2, è necessario cominciare a mettere in prospettiva ciò che è accaduto e fare piani per il futuro prossimo e lontano.
La Worksphere è stata colpita da un meteorite che ne ha modificato forme ed equilibri. I suoi elementi costitutivi non sono cambiati, ma le loro relazioni sono alterate. Quando il meteorite sarà passato, bisognerà capire quale nuova posizione, dimensione e ruolo prenderanno questi elementi, in un mondo che non sarà più quello di prima.
La Worksphere, intesa come ecosistema di touchpoint del lavoro (ufficio, casa, e “altri luoghi” come i bar, co-working, lounge di stazioni e aeroporti, etc.) tenuto insieme da una infrastruttura di dati e device tecnologici, è e sarà ancora qui. Quello che la pandemia ha cambiato sono gli equilibri di questo ecosistema.

The Future of Worksphere
On the eighth week of quarantine and a few days before the beginning of the Phase 2, it is necessary to start putting in perspective what has happened and to make plans for the near and remote future.
The Worksphere has been hit by a meteorite, which has modified its forms and balance. While the building blocks haven’t changed, their relationship is altered. When the meteorite will have passed, it will be necessary to understand what new position, dimension and role these blocks will take on in a world that won’t be the same as before.
The Worksphere, intended as an ecosystem of work touch-points (office, home and “other places” such as bar, coworking, lounge areas at stations and airports, etc.) kept together by an infrastructure of technological data and devices, is here and will still be here. What the pandemic has changed is the balance of this ecosystem.
