For Rivean Capital’s new Milan headquarters, the answer began with the context. The goal was to create a workplace that reflected the identity of an international investment firm without losing its connection to the neighborhood that surrounds it. A workplace that feels both authoritative and welcoming, where clients and colleagues a like can immediately feel at ease.
Da questa intuizione prende forma Arcade – Play Your Game, il concept che accompagna l’intero progetto. “Arcade” richiama innanzitutto le arcate che caratterizzano linguaggio architettonico del quartiere. Allo stesso tempo, evoca il mondo del gioco come momento di condivisione e spirito di squadra. “Play Your Game” è un invito a vivere lo spazio secondo il proprio ritmo e il proprio modo di stare insieme.
Questa duplice natura prende forma anche nello spazio. L’eleganza degli ambienti dedicati alla rappresentanza convive con un’atmosfera più informale e domestica degli uffici operativi e dell’area break.
L’arco diventa la firma del progetto.Le sue proporzioni ritornano nelle pareti vetrate, nelle boiserie e nei dettagli grafici, dando continuità agli ambienti. Il progetto reinterpreta il linguaggio di Brera, facendolo diventare parte dell’identità del luogo.
Il risultato è un workplace che interpreta l’identità internazionale di Rivean Capital attraverso il linguaggio di Brera. Un ambiente dove rappresentanza e quotidianità convivono con naturalezza e clienti e collaboratori possono sentirsi, fin dal primo ingresso, a proprio agio.

From this idea comes Arcade – Play Your Game, the concept that shapes the entire project. “Arcade” first refers to the arcades that define Brera’s architectural character. At the same time, it evokes the idea of play as a moment of connection, shared experiences and team spirit. “Play Your Game” becomes an invitation to experience the space in your own way, following your own rhythm and way of working together.
This dual identity also takes shape throughout the workplace. The elegance of the spaces dedicated to client meetings and representation is balanced by the more informal, home-like atmosphere of the operational offices and breakout area.
The arch becomes the project’s defining element. Its proportions reappear in glazed partitions, boiserie and graphic details, creating continuity throughout the interiors. The project reinterprets Brera’s architectural language, making it an integral part of the workplace’s identity.
The result is a workplace that expresses Rivean Capital’s international identity through the language of Brera. An environment where representation and everyday working life coexist naturally, allowing clients and colleagues to feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
