Il processo di selezione e valutazione dei fornitori si basa su criteri di qualità ed ESG e si completa con il costante monitoraggio della qualità realizzativa delle opere in cantiere.

Our construction sites adopt the policies of the Sustainable Construction Site: an industry-first protocol that goes beyond the regulatory requirements in the environmental field. We integrate new strategies and actions that link the three fundamental pillars—economic, social and environmental—in a renewed concept of Sustainability.
Through the initiative of the Social Construction Site, we bring our ESG impact from the construction site to the neighborhood: by collaborating with local associations and cooperatives we promote community projects capable of stimulating virtuous behavior—projects that turn into growth opportunities for the community.
Our activities are certified with ISO 9001-14001-45001, an Integrated Management System with advanced operating procedures, computerized databases and digital tools. The supplier selection and assessment process is based on quality and ESG criteria and is completed with the constant monitoring of the construction quality of the works on site.
